Very impressed with their workmanship. They resized my wedding ring which consists of 3 separate intertwined gold rings. Figuring out new and smaller circumference was challenging taking the thickness of each ring into account. They did it perfectly leaving no trace of resizing on each of the rings. Excellent customer service. There was a miscommunication between the store and the gemologist to the tune of $700. I, as the customer, was not asked to pay any part of the repair bill. Can you imagine any other store doing that? I've had them do other work for me previously, always totally satisfied. Great bunch of people working there. Absolutely fantastic customer service from this father and son team. Sasha and Mike were patient and very knowledgeable. They had a great selection of watches which were fairly priced. While I tried on numerous watches they took the time to clean my wife's ring and make sure she was taken care of. They definitely go a step further with their service.
