A hidden gem in the Heartlake area in Brampton !! I recently visited this store and was very impressed with the variety of fresh flowers and more over the team here are very friendly and talented.
I ordered a dozen red roses with special wrapping bouquets and it looked amazing and was priced very reasonably ,

Incredibly disappointing customer service and product. I spent a lot of money on an arrangement for my mother in laws 70th birthday. What was delivered was not what I ordered. When I complained I was actually accused of being a bully. I've never experienced anything like that. Clearly customer service and satisfaction are not important to this business owner. Would not recommend at all.

Excellent service! I messaged Arlie's (from Toronto) through their FB page with a budget and idea of what I wanted for a friend who had just lost her Father. They responded right away, put something together the next morning, called me for payment and even sent me a photo of the flowers and basket arrangement. Excellent job and the recipients loved it! This provider listened to my ideas for 'country garden' and exceeded my expectations. The casket spray with sunflowers was left at the graveside and 2 days later was still beautiful despite the hot days. Two other arrangements we ordered by relatives and tied in with the spray while still looking unique. A week later, only the roses have had to be removed from the arrangements and the smaller one is truly a summer garden. It brings a smile during a difficult time. Recommended for any event!

I use this florist and have for years because they across the street from an elderly relative - we have 15 years experience with this florist. Never had anything but quality service and pricing. I dont know them personally. This is a legit review. When I lived in QC I would phone and they got it done. Now I phone, say Ill be there in a hour to pick or that I want it delivered next day and it happens. The reason I keep going back is the florist is a good designer.
