My dear Iranian friend and I went to Parsi for my first try of a tongue (lamb)
sandwich. What a delicious delicacy! Parsi Is a very clean restaurant, with a nice environment & service with a smile. The owner is a wonderful gentleman.

Service was excellent and the food presentation was that of a class house but with moderate (a pleasant surprise) pricing. My first visit and definitly not my last. It's 1 week later and I'm bringing my family back with me to dine. The rainbow trout grilled in parchment paper was fabulouse and worth reccomending to my gang.

The gentleman the works here is so nice and friendly; he always has a smile on his face. The place is always very clean and its at a great location. He makes the neatests subs ever! All other sub places I go to make them sloppy and are always in a rush,...not this guy. He takes his time and takes pride on making his subs. Kudos for that!

My son and I decided to eat in. It is a very clean warm atmosphere. The food is delicious and attractively prepared. The staff are very friendly. They have such a great menu, it was difficult to choose. Prices are very reasonable and they serve an abundant amount. I definitely will go there again or have take out. I live in Maple and I only go to this particuar location. I have been coming to this Mr.Sub for about 2 years now. I find that they are the cleanest, always have fresh toppings, and give good service. I notice that they also go the extra mile to make the customers happy.
The owner, Ameer is always friendly and in a good mood, very hospitable. He knows how to treat his customers.
I also like a girl named Liz who happens to be the one that serves me the most. She is really friendly and in my opinion makes the best subs there. She knows my subs by memory which I find to be amazing. Shows she pays attention or that I go there too much. :)
Free cookies all the time. I don't think I have ever left without some free cookies stashed away in my bag.
Sometimes I get an older lady serving me when I come in late at night . She's often friendly but I find that when she is in a bad mood, she shows it. Sometimes she doesn't smile like the rest of the staff. I notice when she serves me, my subs are either messy or really good. Its not consistent. I think it depends on her mood.
Overall though, nothing bad to say about this Mr.Sub. I hope they stay in business. Plan to go there today. Can't wait.

Awesome service and the owner is amazing !!! Super nice and gets along with everyone treats you like you're a special customer. I love this mr sub, they're sandwiches are so fresh every time I come to eat. I strongly suggest coming here to eat. I wish I can give a million stars!!!

Always great food and service, today Dino reinforced his amazing customer service. There was a hair in my salad (fist time ever having an issue with my food there) and not only did I get a fresh salad, he tossed the entire trey of salad as a precaution and gave me my money back for my entire lunch.

My family, friends and I have been fairly regular customers of C.F.F for many years.
It was brought to your attention that I was in quarantine due to being infected with COVID 19. On March 24, 2021, around 3:00pm, C.F.E. dropped of a couple of meals and some soup at my place of residence. This food and soup was greatly appreciated, and a very generous gesture on the part of C.F.E, of which I would like to express a great, heartfelt THANK YOU.
