I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. This clinic is so thorough and detailed! They are really top of the notch. I bring my entire family to see Dr. Kim Krmpotic. She is just delightful! She's a beautiful person inside and out. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to make my 3 year old feel comfortable before she starts checking his eyes. I never feel rushed when I am there with my kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

My experience with this location was wonderful. I went in for a teeth cleaning and filling and left with a bright smile. Doctor Sharma was extremely understanding as well as patient during the entire painless process. Rather than rushing any judgement she re-assured I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning. Additionally, I loved the tv on the ceiling. Great for distracting oneself.

The driver was terrific. He was very confident, reassuring, polite.
The vehicle was great as well. The passenger is able to sit up front, viewing where they are travelling. This is a welcome change from traditional vans.
We will use Helping Hands in the future for sure.
