Tristan and his team are the best. They are honest and knowledgeable. I will not use anyone else and would highly recommend Slopeside Mechanical. We have been very happy with the service and the price. We have used Tristan and co to service our Rinai tankless hot water heater (it is not the greatest, but Tristan keeps it running well). Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again. Lire plus
