Surprises when it comes to your foundation aren’t a good thing. We connected with Tim and he came and assessed the situation. He and his crew had to work against a tight timeline (as we were getting other work done). They were efficient, respectful and kept the work area clean, paying special attention to the garden area. As a girl, I worry about getting ripped off at garages but I didn't feel like this at all. The service was very fast, they had my car into a bay in 5 minutes and checking out the battery. I was done within 20 minutes and wasn't gouged for their time or been upsold anything unnecessary.

I have always ysed Schneiders for all my computer needs. Broken ipod screen, computer issues, new devices etc. I have always found each employee at all stores to be very knowledgable, very friendly, speaks in terms i can understand as a non computer person.
I have never been over charged, whoever says that has to realize they are a small family run business. Some of these reviews are harsh. Maybe its more with the customer than the business.

I had a problem with my diesel truck which showed up after a garage I had been patronizing for 6 years did some routine service. This garage was not too helpful and at one point they gave me my keys back and told be to take it to another garage. I did. Dean Listened, went on a couple of road tests with me. He took my truck home overnight and was able to track down the problem. He fixed my truck and now has a new customer!
