Brayden Pumps was an excellent company to use, I was in an emergency state with house closing in 3 days and the well pump went, Brayden and his father were so very helpful and most certainly got the job done in good time and everything working in top form, they also did the cleanup of the yard from the well digging. Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. Outstanding service!!

The price was far less than I had feared and these folks got my whole week back on track from its rocky start. Very grateful to have been referred to them by my regular mechanic (who also relies on them for his own work!)

Staff was always on hand and usually made friendly visits while we worked in our locker, adding to the sense of good security. The premises were very clean and tidy and bright. The moving carts were a major convenience. We initially chose this company because of easy access to central Kingston. We would use this company again and are happy to recommend it.
