Dieter and his crew were hired to supply & install Gyproc on a 42' x 35' sloped ceiling to replace a 45 yr. old textured ceiling. The team was professional & skilled. The boards were installed perfectly ensuring a seamless fit with no visible joints or imperfections; everything is level and smooth. The painting process was just as flawless; a high quality paint was specified and used & coats were evenly applied. Dieter and his crew are highly recommended.

LG refrigerator stopped working, I called LG and they recommended this business. I called Universal for the repair and they recommended I contact LG for an extended warranty. LG set a date for the repair but Universal called me to give me an earlier date. Serviceman came, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and replaced the fridge condenser. He tested the repair thoroughly before he left.

I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. They are very qualified techs

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.
