I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

I took my computer in this morning and within several hours they had it up and running again! I live in the area and did not know they were there. Excellent experience all around. This order was done entirely over the phone (a shout out to Carla K at Richmond La Z Boy for her very professional and friendly help with the ordering and delivery). I had previously ordered a Lancer recliner over 20 years ago from this store, and it had lasted all this time, but was starting to show its age. I ordered a new Lancer, and am absolutely happy with the mew chair. While maybe pricier than bargain basement chairs, the quality and comfort can't be beat.

LG refrigerator stopped working, I called LG and they recommended this business. I called Universal for the repair and they recommended I contact LG for an extended warranty. LG set a date for the repair but Universal called me to give me an earlier date. Serviceman came, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and replaced the fridge condenser. He tested the repair thoroughly before he left.

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

Tristan and his team are the best. They are honest and knowledgeable. I will not use anyone else and would highly recommend Slopeside Mechanical. We have been very happy with the service and the price. We have used Tristan and co to service our Rinai tankless hot water heater (it is not the greatest, but Tristan keeps it running well). They also fixed a number of plumbing related issues around our house. I am always confident he will do a good job and not over charge us.

Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.
