After enjoying the excellent quality of the system, I required more assistance in tweaking it to my preferences. To my delight and at no additional cost, Feroz and his technician came to my house a few days later to personally assist me. Modern furniture is all about an up to date design but it is not always comfortable. We bought a Natuzzi couch from here and are still talking about how comfortable it is.
