I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. This guy is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and capable.

We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Henry and his sons represent the modern day equivalent of a bygone era where competency, interest, fair play and consistency were the norm to so many of our everyday service during those times. Their garage services our family two collector vehicles as well as a good friend who drives all the way from West Vancouver to have his Subaru Forester serviced twice a year. As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like Techs On Time. I called on a weekend and had my guy on my doorstep Monday morning. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. Turns out I'm not as dumb as I thought!
This mobile technician is a very good idea for a service for seniors in today's world. I read the other ratings and I agree that Techs On Time should get six stars. There is no way I was going to try to disconnect all those wires and carry my computer to a store. Techs On Time you've got my business!

I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. They are very qualified techs
