Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .
been there again - good customer service - pretty satisfied .

I bought a new frame from this store of Londonfog, and I am really happy with it. Frame is really of excellent quality and price was also good. The lady named Kaur really helped me a lot in choosing the frame. Services provided by them are of excellent quality. I highly recommend others to visit this store.
